How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat rate urban shipping at $8.75 no matter how large your order. Shipping to all Rural addresses is $13.45

We also offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders of $125 and over

Where do you ship?

At Felix and Fido we ship all over New Zealand.  We send all our parcels by courier and can supply a tracking number on request.  We exclusively use “Go Sweet Spot” as our shipping agent. You will receive email updates from Go Sweet Spot regarding the collection and delivery of your order.

Shipping, when will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped at the next available courier collection following order submission.

This will be same day as order receipt or next business day depending on time of order. 

What toys are best for destructive dogs or extreme chewers?

For destructive extreme chewers please see our TOUGH section. Everything has been thoroughly tested to make it into this section.

Can I pay by Internet Banking?

Yes we accept Internet Banking as a payment method. You can select it in alternative payment methods at checkout, you will be sent our bank details automatically. Please note if payment isn't cleared within 5 working days we will cancel your order.

Do you have AFTERPAY available?

Yes we have AFTERPAY available for all orders small and large.

What size should I buy?

Sizing/weight is included in the descriptions where appropriate. If you have a seriously aggressive chewer we recommend going a size up. NEVER SIZE DOWN. ALWAYS SIZE UP if unsure

Which colour Kong should I buy?

Kong toys can come in several colours

  • Pink or Light Blue = Puppies
  • Red = Normal chew styles. Not for aggressive chewers.
  • Purple = Senior dogs
  • Dark Blue = radiopaque (this special rubber can be spotted on x-ray if ingested)
  • Black = Serious/aggressive chewers. This is the toughest colour in the Kong range

What if I change my mind?

If in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with a product.   Maybe it is simply not what you expected when it arrives.

It can be returned within 30 days, but only if it is unused, in original undamaged condition and fit for resale.

Do you offer a guarantee?

We source all our products from authorised suppliers, and guarantee they are all 100% genuine items.

We will only stock items from manufacturers that we are confident offer the best, safest and environmentally sound products. We guarantee that our products will arrive with you in fault free condition and that they are fit for their intended purpose.

We inspect and check all products prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product (i.e. it has not been damaged through use), we will replace it free of charge, and will arrange return shipping if required.

Dog and Cat toys are to be used in accordance with manufacturers guidelines, these can be found on product packaging, manufacturers websites, or if unsure please contact us directly to discuss a products suitability for your intended use. 

Due to the often-destructive nature of use, products are not covered by our warranty once used. We recommend if you have concerns as to the suitability of a toy, that you consult online reviews of the product and take other pet owners experiences into consideration before purchasing.  

Please note:  Rope on all toys is excluded from our warranty scheme and toys need to be destroyed or not function as they were intended, Chew Marks, Bite Damage or Small Pieces missing does not mean it is destroyed or no longer functions as intended.
